Started on 3rd May so will back date to then.
So glad to be seeing other people's diaries aswell as I think I have been a little harsher on myself than I needed to be haha, oh well some possible menu changes from tomorrow...

Didn't have any (was busy and forgot )
Dinner -
Ham Sandwich
Tea -
Ham & Cheese Salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomato, picked onions & beetroot)
Muller Toffee Yoghurt,
Apple, Orange
Drinks -
2 cups of tea with sweetener
2 pints of low cal vimto
HexA = Cheese (28g)
HexB = 1 Wholemeal Bread
Syns = Muller Yoghurt (0.5)
1 Wholemeal bread (4) Milk (1)

Banana and Apple

Chicken Salad (lettuce, sweetcorn, carrot, cucumber, red onion, tomato, mixed peppers, egg, beetroot) + Coleslaw
Tea -
Ham & Cheese Salad (lettuce, cucumber, pickled onions, beetroot, tomato)
Drinks -
1 cup of tea with sweetener
2 pints of low cal vimto
HexA = Semi skimmed milk (250ml)
HexB = None
Syns = Rice Crispies (5.5)
Coleslaw (7.5) Cheese (4)

1 can of Diet Coke
