Good morning ...very happy..just weighed and I am another 4.5lbs lighter.

Great motivation for me I am ready to tackle week 3... I really want that 3 stone by Christmas,

NOt working today so off to have my nails done as a treat to me.

Back home now and managed to resist all of those lovely little jam sandwiches at the kiddies birthday party!

Had a nice cottage cheese salad for dinner and a peanut bar for dessert - yum!

Completely knackered now so an early night for me i think
