ProPoints **Saturday Stunners**

Hi guys - sorry I've been MIA but not been very well at all.

Woke up Friday with really bad stomach cramps & knew it was my IBS flaring up again. I don't know what's triggered it this time though.
Anyway up until then the scales were showing a 3.5 lb loss but WI on Saturday morning only showed a 0.5lb loss but my stomach was so bloated & hard I knew I was retaining water etc.
Still a little tender at the moment but hopefully I've seen the back of it for a while now.
Hopefully I'll hvae a good loss this week.

Claire-Bear - you'll soon lose that 0.5lbs :) x

Sparkles - a STS is so much better than gaining. :)x

Slow and steady is the best way. :) I wanna lose another few pounds in august... Aiming for 4 or 5 only though. Sloooowly does it haha. X

I only got those when I started WW last year for the first couple weeks. Then it slows down. I don't mind long as its going down... Every so often you can get impatient with how slow it is though. X

We've all been there Shadow. :) My meeting leader always tells us to have our blow out after WI on a Saturday & then pull it back for the rest of the week. Sometimes that is easier said than done! :p
We're allowed to indulge now & again so long as it doesn't last all week. xxx
 
I've been on track. Still have 24 weeklies left, been snacking too much and eating too many carbs I think... Feel very heavy ya know?! Hope I don't gain :( hope everyones doing good x

Im not feelin overly positive for w.i .... :eek: .. Ive not been naughty or owt, just my weight fluctuates over the week ... lets see on sat :rolleyes:
 
I know what you mean about fluctuating weight. :(
The start of the week I still had a bloated tummy but by yesterday it had gone down slightly so hopefully by saturday it will be back to 'normal'. xx

Ive had a proper bloaty week .... i was like 5lb up wen i weighed last night ... lol :rolleyes:

I know. :( woke up there and feel worse rather than better? Is there anything you can take for bloating? Motilium or something?
Lol I said to my OH yesterday "I feel so fat" and he goes "Awwwh!"
He's supposed to say I don't look fat hahahaha! Booo hiss to him. :p x

I take dulcolax .... but things like 'Andrews' evervescent salts work too, its like a couple of teaspoons in some water and drink it down ..... peppermint tea also good for bloating too !! xxxxxxxx
 
Ok I weighed in there and it said 11st 10.5 which would be .5lb loss. Then again I haven't been to the loo (I know TMI) for a few days so I dunno? Very bloated heavy week. Oh well :( good luck everyone x
