Today has not been a good day. I've been feeling pretty crap, and just been craving snacks all day and I haven't had the will power to stop myself.

That, my friends, is a binge. I haven't done that for so so so long, and I feel **** about it. F**k.

  • Homemade SW Meatballs
  • Jamie Oliver Tomato spaghetti
Ok so drawing a line under this weekend and hopefully will give me a boost to get motivated next week. Couldn't even go for a swim this morning cause the pool was closed for lessons!!

My weekend has been naughty too, but I ran yesterday which is my silver lining lol.

@RosiePops not too busy, just 3 days but plenty planned to keep me busy on my days off!! I always beat myself up about bad days but it's done now so got to let it go. Just work a little harder, going to go swimming tomorrow and Wednesday!

Went out for lunch today and did not bad! Tried so hard not to eat all the chips but they were gone before I knew it. Even took most of my plate and replaced with salad but I just nibbled at them after I was done! :confused: And got dessert! Dessert at lunchtime! Such a liberty!

me!!! Even after a weekend of badness, and a treat lunch yesterday :confused:o_O:D just need to keep it off now until weigh day!

@RosiePops yeah all fine, busy couple of days at work but off the weekend. I did indulge in toast and butter for breakfast this morning but I just needed it! And all counted! How're you? I've nothing planned for the weekend really, babysitting on Sunday night!
