Say No to junk food and Yes to healthier food!

Breakfast
HB Eggy bread
my favourite breakfast:D

Lunch
Chicken, cabbage and mangetout
Not as nice as forgot the bbq sauce so very dry.

Snack watermelon and apple
 
Had a couple of boiled eggs for breakfast, a satsuma and some grapes.

Having sticky pork and noodles for tea from the July edition of the Slimming World magazine.
Not sure about lunch yet. Probably tuna & pasta salad.

For syns, not sure yet. As I have a liking for mint aero, I might have a mint hi-fi bar and syn it at 6 syns
if I don`t have it as a hexb.

Like the sound of pork and noodles mmmmmmm.
 
Didn't manage to say no to junk today. Wolfed down 2 freddos in the space of a minute. Within my syn allowance but was hoping to keep to 5 a day till WI.
 
No syns today, so far!!
Trouble is, there's a pack of freddos in the fridge

Sticky pork & noodles were scrummy!!
OH wasn't so keen. Reckoned it was too spicy.
But spicy food gives him heartburn.
There's enough left for lunch (for me!) tomorrow.
 
Ugh Diet fail. Frankie and Bennys! and WI in tommorrow! not looking forward to it now:eek:
 
Doughballs, BLT wrap with salad and cinnamon waffle. So very synful but it was absolutely lovely. I'm not beating myself up too much as I've had a fun day. Bought my wedding shoes and tiara so I'm in a fab mood either way!:D
 
WI today so will be drinking plenty of water. I'm hoping all the walking I did yesterday will balance the meal out. Fingers crossed:D
 
Another really hot day today!

Only syns I had yesterday was 5 for a small iced coffee from Costa Coffee. Made with skimmed milk.

Starting no junk food today, hardest thing for me will be sat in bed devouring chocolates and offering them to me...gotta stay strong.

Yes its great. Not gonna tempt fate this week though as I want that half stone sticker:D
 
HB -Tried alpen light cereal bar chocolate and the cherry bakewell one. Heard they were lovely and really enjoyed them.
