Good food wise today.

Lunch
Had a cafe tuna jacket potato with tons of salad it was lovely.
Melon for snack

Dinner
Turkey curry, rice and peppers.

Syns loads of mayo on the tuna so reckon it will be high.

Had some fab food today. :DWent for breakfast out and had a full English. Minus some extras to reduce syns.

HB 2 x sesame ryvita
HA 2 x Cheese triangle light

Bbq steak, potatoes and peppers
 
Not been brilliant today. Went out for a meal out and had breaded chicken and chips with salad. Worked out around 25 syns It was nice but not worth the syns. Gonna have very few syns for rest of week. The rest of day was free and super free.

Didn't really enjoy it either as OH bugged me tonight as moaned about wanting to go to Harvesters and I refused. Mainly as I can't resist the desserts and didn't want to be somewhere I would be too tempted.

Got 8lbs to target but seem to be faffing around losing and gaining the same few lbs.
Need to reign in my need for chocolate and crisps!!

The only naughty thing was 2 jelly babies. But a vast improvement from when I would eat a full packet!

Gonna be my mission not to have any junk today. Must avoid jelly babies as they are my weakness!;)
 
Had a couple of boiled eggs for breakfast, a satsuma and some grapes.

Having sticky pork and noodles for tea from the July edition of the Slimming World magazine.
Not sure about lunch yet. Probably tuna & pasta salad.

For syns, not sure yet. As I have a liking for mint aero, I might have a mint hi-fi bar and syn it at 6 syns
if I don`t have it as a hexb.
