Had a chicken and leek hotpot for tea. Very filling:D

I'm out shopping tomorrow as very little fruit and veg in.
 
Been a saddo, Friday Night and looking up SW recipes for the week using up the meat we have in the freezer.
 
It will help when fruit and veg shopping so not just picking completely randomly. Found a couple new recipes to keep me interested.

That`s very true.

As I get nearer to target, it`s getting more difficult.
Think I`ve not been hydrated enough. So going to
try to make an effort to up my water intake!!
 
Great idea for the water as will definitely help. I've been increasing my intake not too bad when I was home. However when I was shopping I was pleased they had a loo. Haha:p
