Say No to junk food and Yes to healthier food!

Arrived yesterday cottage is lovely and the amount of stairs it has means I will get fit round the house:p

Not gonna be posting much this week as gonna enjoy myself and make some memories:D

Back from my hols!!

Afraid I had junk food overload!! :cry:

Even though I tried to pick healthy, sw friendly things from the menu it seemed like everything was against me.
If it wasn`t swimming it butter, there was loads of dressing :(
 
Back from holiday. Had a great time :Dbut ate my weight in food and had sooooo much alcohol. Think I drank more this week than the whole of this year.

Sw friendly shop tomorrow. Drawing a line over it and fresh start tomorrow. Dreading the Thursday weigh in but at least I have a bit of time for damage limitation.

Feeling sluggish but had light bulb moment and definitely want to remain junk free and healthier lifestyle.:cool:

Did loads of walking on my holiday and wanna keep active this week. Sometimes I wish my job wasn't so sedentary. Ie sat on a computer and phone all day.

Woke up today feeling horrible and definitely craving healthy food my body wants and needs.
 
Today is going well.

Tried sunflower seeds for first time today and love them.

Re discovered ryvitas as well. All this fibre has to be good for me.

Beef cabbage and carrots and small amount of gravy.:D

From today onwards I will be junk free. I'm a bit worried about my wedding dress. I was about 8lb lighter when measured for it. It could come into the shop anytime now and latest November. So now everytime I crave junk I will think of fitting in the dress.

You`re right about craving healthy food!!
Came back feeling very sluggish and gross.
Was really surprised at weigh in yesterday, had only gained 1lb!!

Dinner today

5% mince with onion, mushrooms, carrots and peppers in passata sauce.
Served with potatoes and green beans.

No more alcohol till Christmas!! (I said the "C" word!!) :D

Not wi till Thursday so will be able to salvage the week. I still reckon it's gonna be gain as clothing feeling tight.

Cant promise no alcohol till crimbo as birthday and trip away in October. Think I will be having a sober September instead!

Gonna have to buy some mugshots or something to aid afternoon cravings. Bloody work stressful and really think some departments I work with are robots and just pass the crap on.:mad:

Sorry for the rant. Think I will go on exercise bike tonight to work off some stress and calories
