Afraid I had junk food overload!! :cry:
Even though I tried to pick healthy, sw friendly things from the menu it seemed like everything was against me.
If it wasn`t swimming it butter, there was loads of dressing

Pineapple and natural yogurt

Jacket potato with prawns, apple and banana
Dinner tonight will be baked cod with new potatoes. Not sure what veg yet
