Stuffed marrow for lunch

Dinner will be Chinese pork stir fry.

Don`t really like marrow but our neighbour gave it to us from his allotment and I didn`t want to chuck it out One of the few veg that OH likes. One of the few I don`t like. Typical!! :)
 
That's like my OH with leeks. I love them and he's not so keen. Now eaten myself but harder when can't incorporate into our meals.
 
Had a very productive day. Tickets and accommodation sorted for Glasgow and shopped for best deals so not as badly priced as I thought it would be. Will still be a tight month money wise but at least will stop me spending on takeaways or junk food!

Very excited! Feeling calmer now it's all booked

Unfortunately last night I had a sickness bug. So off work today feeling rubbish. Annoying I get ill when I'm eating so well but no one said sw makes you immune to bugs.:(

Due to my bug I couldn't be bothered with plan yesterday. After I'm ill I always crave sugar and make poor food choices. So had a large white baguette and a couple pizza slices later on.
I regret it as during night couldn't sleep due to stomach ache.

Really hope I don't gain this week as was doing great before this bloody bug!

I'm back on plan today and starting fresh as need some superfree.

Didn't eat all my sandwich as I put too much butter on. With sw I've definitely noticed I can't eat like I used to.

Sickness bug over just have a cold now and feeing really tired and run down. Sleeping pattern all over the place. Mentally just feeling a fat failure.:(

Yesterday ended up having ready meal for tea as couldn't face cooking. Biscuits for comfort food.

Today started work and hardly any of my work has been touched. Not expected all work to be done but at least dealing with customers who called in.:banghead: so stressed out and already had 13 syns on crisps and curly wurly.

Really just wanted 1 good week on plan but just not happened that way.

Weigh day tomorrow and fear its another gain. Really hope it isn't as confidence is shot already.

Sorry for the rant just finding it so hard at the minute:(
 
Feeling better now. Work over and went on xbox kinect and did some bollywood dancing.I'm not great at it but really enjoyed it.

Haven't been on sw really today but not eating too badly.
 
Sorry to hear you're feeling done. Don't beat yourself up about it though - these things take time. You didn't put the weight on overnight and you won't lose it that quickly either. It's a journey and most importantly it's your journey so keep going and you will get there. Fingers crossed now that the yummy bug is out of the way you'll be able to have a cracking week and a stunning loss next week :) x

Will definitely be doing more xbox kinect as exercise definitely gave me a mood boost.
 
Today's going ok I'm in a really good mood so hoping WI doesn't spoil it.

Not really been sw today but have been calorie counting. Woke up so tired today I didn't prepare any lunch so had to buy a sandwich out.

Fingers crossed for WI
