Say No to junk food and Yes to healthier food!

Yes all planned for January 29th at Gretna Green. Just us and invited 20 guests but some have dropped out. I'm not fussed as long as we have witnesses.:p Really looking forward to it. Its just flying by. I keep hearing people talking about Christmas! Manager booked our work Christmas dinner today and some dates were booked up. :eek: There's so much to think about! but I'm trying not to worry as things like favours can wait till nearer the time.

I'm a bit nervous I'm quite shy and never one to be centre of attention. It's just flying by especially seeing Halloween and Christmas items in shop.
But there's no point stressing. Everyones told me to enjoy myself on the day as it will also fly over.
 
Food wise not great not much superfree today except for a couple of pears. Just can't be bothered today.

Not been great at the minute. I've stuck to my vow to no sugary treats. BUT yesterday was so busy with getting my new phone. I ended up buying an asda fresh pizza for tea. Had crisps while out shopping.

Today I had a pork sausage roll as a snack.:eek: Not sure whats wrong with me at the minute really need to get my head back!

Good news 12 days Sugar free!

Not been craving sugar much so not too bad

Bad news is I've gained 2 lb this week. Really shocked as didn't feel like I had.

Finally have a new phone so can keep a record of what I'm eating. I'm so used to using it felt a bit lost this week. I should have kept a paper diary but it's just been manic at work and home.

No excuses this week but feeling a bit disappointed.
 
Drawing a line over the gain and fresh start tomorrow. I've finally went shopping and bought plenty of fruit and veg. Now payday has arrived I can fill the fridge. ☺

So excited! Collecting my wedding dress on Monday. I'm so happy and nervous as I really hope it fits

No treats for me this weekend as I want no bloating .
 
Not been feeling too good this week. Had an upset tummy :(

Struggled to stay to plan. I`ll be surprised if I have a loss at weigh in tomorrow :(
