Say No to junk food and Yes to healthier food!

Foodwise okay once again too full of carbs but loads of walking done 11000 steps so far! :)

Spending the night looking after doggy as doesn't like fireworks.

Yes I am moving more. Oddly today due to accidentally turning off alarm instead of snoozing I slept in and forgot to wear it today.

But I'm moving around more today and really noticed how often I'm leaving my desk and walking around. So I think moving more is becoming a habit rather than a conscious effort.

Foodwise okay
Lunch corned beef toastie with lettuce and cucumber,tomatoes.

Had a real craving for corned beef today for some reason. Props sick of ham and chicken☺

Snacks
Carrot sticks
Pear
Apple
Space raiders
 
Wi 0.5lb down

Very pleased with that as been a carboholic this week

Although I haven't had any sugary junk so my habits are changing day by day.

Travelling to Gretna Green today to deliver the marriage forms. I'm planning to be off plan today as having a meal out later. Day off work too woo hoo.

Will be back on track tomorrow.
 
Sweet chili chicken it was mmmmm.

Overall the day was off plan but could have been worse. Marriage forms in so no more paperwork. Caught up with an old friend on the way back so was a fab day.

Back on track and have a food hangover today. Will be out for a sw friendly shopping trip.

Another busy day done 13000 steps. Bought a centre piece for the wedding table. Took me all day to find it but it's worth it!

Sw friendly food shop will be for tomorrow!
