Say No to junk food and Yes to healthier food!

I had a fab weekend. Back to reality today. Hard to get back on track after a couple days off plan.

Lunch Tuna wholemeal sandwich with salad

Snack

Pear
Orange
 
Baguette and cheese scones consumed. stress eating.


Very stressed the workman have dug up the floor boards and house is chaos. Hopefully boiler will be in by tomorrow night.
 
Staying over MIL's as too many floorboard up. On the plus side all work will be completed by tomorrow afternoon. ☺ fingers crossed.

Mince and dumplings with potato cabbage, cauliflower and carrots. Really lovely. Not worried about calories today.
 
Boiler is in!house is warm although upheaval and house cleaning is needed. Ah well at least it's exercise. ☺
 
WI and 1lb gain. Weekend caught up with me. Plus two nights of non sw friendly roasts at MILs due to boiler installation. Will weigh again sooner as wedding dress fitting on Tuesday and want to be lighter. Feeling bloated as well today.
 
Thanks pip. ☺I'm drinking water today. I have my dynamo watch back too so aiming to keep moving. The house is topsy turvy with all the upheaval so this Weekend will be all housework. It's been a manic week.
 
2 bags of crisps! Although I've mostly curbed my sugar addiction. There's loads of chocolate been added to my desk by colleagues but hasn't bothered me at all.

But I think I've swapped one addiction for another and craving crisps

Lunch Tuna melt panini with salad..again I'm also loving paninis too much as well.

Still not doing too bad for December. ☺
 
Same here hun. I definitely agree when pringles say once you pop you can't stop. That's what I'm like with any crisps

Gonna make an effort to walk more around office. Did 10333 steps yesterday but usually can do 11-12 thousand.
 
I used to be the opposite and was more sweet tooth. But all about savoury now. Would definitely pick a cheese scone over fruit one!
 
Ugh weighed in this morning and 1.5lb gain. How have I gained in two days!. Must have been too many crisps.

Bit down now and reached for celebrations. Ugh.

Loads of housework to do so at least plenty of steps today. Re adding laminate flooring and hoovering the mess the chaos of a boiler installation.

Really dreading my dress fitting on Tuesday. Gonna have to reign in this weekend as staff meal out on Monday. Dress fitting was booked beforehand as wouldn't have planned these two things together.
