scales arrgghh

    ok so last week i didnt peek at all but this week ive been obsessed every morning ive jumped on the scales n its driving me mad ive only lost a 1lb since mon n its totm too i need to just stop goin on them but this week its sooo hard to resist them lol i knw my weight will go down!

    Im the same this week, i pop on them every morning after my first wee (sorry!) and my scales aren't moving but i know iv been 100% so by weigh in on monday they will have move.....i hope lol

    Yep, the scales are blerdy annoying........ why do our bodies insist on holding on to weight when we're giving them every encouragement to let the damn stuff go????
