Week 6 Weigh In

Lost 2lbs- very pleased.

So this takes my total weight loss to 1 stone so far- phew! - it's only taken me 6 weeks to do it :)o) and that is kinda disturbing because I thought I would be well over the 1 stone lost so far mark.

However I have been far from saintly since the beginning. It's a shame really, if I didn't have my family weekends I reckon I would have lost a hell of a lot more.

Anyway, 2lbs off and 1 stone down and 1 more mini goal ticked off.:)

Onwards and upwards... this is one looooong journey!

Saturday 27th February

Have eaten half a banana - that is all: - god knows how many points, woke up with bad stomach pains and nausea and had to stay in bed all day/all evening - been sick and had dodgy tum and so no appetite and not to mention anything I did try to drink went straight through me.

Feeling much better thank goodness, really couldn't do with another day like that and I was absolutely starving this morning!


Didn't point as to be quite honest after yesterday I was just grateful to be able to eat something without having to rush to the bathroom minutes later.
But writing it down nontheless because have promised myself that if I eat it I must write it down regardless of how shameful I feel writing it down (yes I am talking about that family bag of crisps! - ok well not the whole bag - but half a family bag shared with hubbie is bad enough - oh the shame!!!:break_diet:)


  • Cheese and Onion bap (homemade with low fat spread, a sprinkle/tbsp of cheese and of course onion).
  • A few cups of tea and coffee made with skimmed milk.
  • 2 small glasses of pure orange juice
  • A large plate of plain boiled rice.
  • Half a LionBar.

  • Shared a big family sized bag of lemon potato snack things:9pnts (I did actually point this after I had eaten it- just to shock myself into not consuming anymore pointless calories.

Salad Sandwich (homemade): 4pnts

Baked Beans: 2pnts
tbsp of Cheese 15g: 2pnts
Large salad: 0pnts

Over by 3 pnts, possibly more because of the pasta which I am guesstimating is 10 points. Have had a crappy day today food and mood wise. Tried to go shopping with an ill 7 month old - not the best, then got late coming home so late for her bedtime and I was cold and she was grouchy and on and on it went until she finally went to bed at 8pm. Not an excuse to overeat but I have, and I feel somewhat sated (for now) thank goodness I have no junk in the house because tonight I would have polished the lot!. Anyhoo will try and curb my excess's for the rest of the evening. :(:eek:

7th Weigh In Week 7

Lost a pound - happy with that - although if the diet gods be listening I would more than happy if with a bigger loss ;) - might help if I stopped stuffing my face with crap.
