have just had 3 slices of microwaved bacon with lettuce and mayo. tasted just like a blt without the T lol. was truley lush. a quick simple breakfast that i can get used to as never normaly eat brekie coz dont have time!
hope eating a regular brekie will help with the weight loss

i just had brekie again! got a splitting headache. trying to hold back the tears but dont think im going to hold out for much longer. just had a text from my daughter saying my grand daughter is going to theatre now for her op. she is severly dehydrated so they are going to put her on a drip while she is under. :cry:

its just a simple explority op on her eyes to see what she has and hasnt got. we know she hasnt got any iris's in her eyes and has been blind since birth but hoping for a positive out come today.
she is under now and it should take 45 minutes. she only 6 months old.
atm she is clear of wilms tumour but we know she has a high chance of getting one because of the eye and brain condition she has. she is so gorgeous and such a happy baby. my daughter has coped so well with it all. proud of them both.

kelly just rang and said she going to be another 15 minutes but she dont know why its taking so long. she couldnt remember what they told her why its taking so long!!

she is still in recovery. had a few problems waking her up but she is ok

i'm ok now. been moody all day and got very worried when i didnt hear from her for half hour. but all is ok. just waiting for the results now which should be in a few hours!

still none the wiser after talking to her consultant. he says that she will need the same operation every 3 to 4 months to make sure her eyeballs dont grow!!!! have had enough of mk hospital. am waiting to hear back from a specialist from gosh. they also forgot to book her in for her wilms tumour scan as they lost her notes! was told more stuff too but all totaly confusing.

thanks sis. had an email last night from the specialist from gosh and she IS getting transferd for all her future treatment.

Poor wee soul.. such alot to go thru at any age let alone when she's so young. xx
