24 hours later and Ive messed up - again. Im so dissapointed in myself....

Guys, Im gonna go into hiding and try and get my head straight and get back on, I cant keep publicly humiliating myself like this by posting up restart/fail posts....

Im not giving up, gonna get my head straight and ILL BE BACK!

Get yourself sorted and come back with a renewed determination. It would be a shame to mess this all up after the hard work. Hope to see you back soon.

one cake away from messing it all up it's a day by day
plan stop beating yourself up wait til your head is
right then start again you really have done brilliantly

Hi nick, hope you feel better, after 7 weeks tfr for some strange reason I have just binged on food.. ridiculous, cant even think of a trigger today, lets hope we are both feeling better tomorrow xxx
