Day 1

Breakfast - 1ypp Beans on 1 slice of wholegrain toast with 1ypp fresh orange juice
P-snack - Chicken slim a soup
lunch - Wholemeal pitta with 50g Chicken, Salad + 1tbsp Light Salad Cream
P-snack - 8 Cherry Tomatoes
Dinner - The healthiest thing i can find on the menu @ a Flaming grill pub.
Milk Allowance - 300ml Milk + 1 Low fat Yoghurt (max 75cal)
