Hi all, joined a meeting on weds and have failed with pro points :mad: i dunno what it is but i just cant stick to the points!!i am an ex slimming world girl so giving simply filling a go now.

i may stick to it better if i write it on here!!

have my first weigh in weds morning and have slipped up already but have done plenty of activity so hoping this helps !

for breakfast today i have had 2 x crumpets, marmite and 2x laughing cow light (1)

I really think it is all mindset and I need to sort out my emotional eating.

i too have moved from pp as i cant seem to stick to it, i did sf last week and pp this week and i got to say i have found sf easier, pp i know i can have all the junk so i eat loads but sf i know i cant have alot of choc so i tend not to think about it, i hope this makes sense.
that sounds like a good brekkie how about try oat so simple (original) add some sweetner or fruit or cinamon have skimmed milk with it then thats all free! my fav breakfast! good luck this week
