Shell's Food diary take 2- feel free to tell me where I am going wrong

    OK....went a joined my local SW so restarted my diary since the online sample menu is incorrect.

    I am trying EE
    Tuesday
    this was more Brunch than breakfast as lunch as meeting at 930 and I never eat breakfast before the school run
    2 turkey rashers, scrambled egg, baked beans, 1 piece of toast (HEB)

    Dinner.
    Spag bol made with turkey mince, carrots, red pepper, onion, garlic, tinned tomatoes, spaghetti
    Muller light yogurt.

    Syns
    Jacobs orange club biscuit 5.5
    3 McVities rich tea biscuits 6
    HEA - 350ml skimmed milk

    Hi has2tri,

    I have also just started SW again and looking at combining green and EE. The only thing I would comment on is that you need to have more superfree food esp on Extra Easy, with the breakfast maybe have some mushrooms and tomatoes with it or fruit salad before and with dinner maybe a side salad just to increase the amount of superfree foods :)

    new week. Weighed in yesterday minus 3 lb:happy036:

    So yesterday I had
    Brunch (Always miss breakfast on tuesdays as meeting at 930)
    2 turkey rashers, scrambled egg, baked beans

    Tea
    Jacket potato with Tuna, red pepper, cucumber, tomato, lettuce.

    Snacks
    muller light x2, bananas, apple

    HEA 250ml Semi milk
    HEB 2 alpen light bars

    Syns curly wurly 6. Birthday cake.....:eek:
