Green day

Breakfast, 2 weetabix
350ml skimmed milk

Lunch
1 Slice of 800g loaf wholemeal bread with 2 laughing cow extra light triangles and lettuce with 2 clementines

Tea

Pasta with 4 laughing cow triangles melted in with a side salad.

Supper and snacks
Some red grapes
clemenine
2 snack size packs of buttons 8 syns in total

Not sure if i got the HE right looking back :S

2 weetabix = heb 1,1 piece 800g loaf = heb 2.
350 milk = hea 1 and 6 laughing cow extra light triangles.

Tea
Harvester simply chicken with jacket, peas and salad
(Small bit of light mayo and small bit of bbq sauce ) Unsure on syn value but im sure it doesnt exceed my 15.

Snacks
Buttons 4 syns

Probably have mullerlight and fruit for supper

Your food diary looks really good. You are sticking to plan well. You can check your syns on the forum here, or use the syn calculator on the slimming world website if you have access (you know for sauces and stuff)

Thankyou, i'm a bit worried i won't lose this week. Just feel like i am not eating healthy enough and too much food. I guess only time will tell.
I never measured the sauces, just guessed. I'm pretty sure i was well within the allowance though.
Yeah i am trying to be 100% as i want to get 100% out of it :).
