Another bad day emotionally but i will not let that ruin my diet...

Breakfast
2 weetabix HEB
350ml skimmed milk HEA
Apple

Lunch
Quorn lamb style burgers chopped up in salad
(lettuce, cucumber, beetroot, tomato)

Snack
Wispa 11 syns

Tea
Quorn burgers
sw chips (covered in salt and vinegar YUM)
cucumber, celery
Clementine

Supper will be fruit and maybe a yoghurt
 
Did carboot today and resisted all the burger vans and icecream vans. :D.

1 slice of wholemeal bread (HEB)
2 Laughing cow triangles (part HEA)
Banana

Snack
1 scan bran (Rest of HEB) (YUCK wont be buying again) with 1 laughing cow triangle (Part HEA)

Chicken breast
Lean mince in chopped toms with garlic
Quorn sausage
Runner beans

175ml skimmed milk (part HEA used in tea)

Supper will be a yoghurt and fruit

AMAZING :D

I lost 3.5lb so thats 13.5 in 4 weeks!!

I got slimmer of the week AND month and i also got my body magic silver award woohoo im soooo chuffed. Only half a pound for stone award to go and 1.5 for club ten. Chuffed and grinning me? Hell yes LOL

YOU STAR! There all that anxiety and avoiding the alcohol did you wonders!
Well done on your achievements, I wish I could stay to group but its too late for kids, fingers crossed (not that you need me to) for next week's WI
