Wow - shepherd's pie from the low-carb gourmet. Has anybody tried it? I made it at lunchtime as I had some lamb mince that needed used up. Improvised a little -as I do!- and used leeks instead of onions and celery. I love onions, but am still on induction and don't like celery. If anyone wants the recipe I'll post it. It's well worthwhile.
