    This time I will do it right!

    So I started officially yesterday, went to group and struggled a little with the first day as I didnt quite have the right food in the house but this is what I had.

    Green Day
    Breakfast:
    28g Crispy Minis (HExB) + dash of milk (HExA)
    Tea with sweetener + dash of milk (HExA)

    Lunch:
    Bowl of chopped up apple and grapes with muller light vanilla on top. (yum!)
    Ryvita
    (HExB) with laughing cow triangle (HExA)

    Kit Kat to tide me over at work (5.5 syns)

    Dinner:
    Jaket potato with Laughing cow trianlges (HExA) and baked beans
    Side salad of lettuce, ham (HExB) and sweetcorn

    Snack:
    Alpen Light Choc and Fudge (3 syns)

    Total syns = 8.5 syns


    I think I did okay :D this time around (second time on SW) im going to make sure I use all my syns, Last time it was a struggle to use them as i had the mentality that they were syns so bad for you and that you shouldnt eat them.

    Day 2

    So today was my day off (supposedly) I was hoping to have a really nice lunch, maybe try something from the book or from here, followed by another recipe for dinner. After an hour at the beach I got called in to work :( plans out the window as I had like 20mins to get into work..
    So heres what I had instead

    Extra Easy Day
    Breakfast:
    Tea + dash of milk (HExA)
    2 Chocolate Weetabix (HExB + 2 syns) + Milk (HExA)

    Mid afternoon snack: (too short to call lunch!)
    Apple
    Alpen Light bar (3 syns)
    Muller light yoghurt

    Dinner:
    Chicken
    ham
    whole wheat pasta
    garlic
    shallots
    mushrooms
    passata
    sweetcorn
    baked beans
    knorr stock pot
    All mixed up to make a chicken pasta effort. was quite nice tbh :D

    Total syns = 5

    Extra easy again today.

    Breakfast:
    tea + sweeteners + milk (HExA)
    2 Chocolate Weetabix (HExB + 2 syns) + Milk (HExA)

    Lunch:
    Frozen muller light
    Left over chicken pasta from dinner yesterday

    Dinner:
    Chicken pasta again..
    Chicken
    wholewheat pasta
    knorr stock pot
    shallots
    sweetcorn
    mushrooms
    passata
    dairylea triangle (1.5 Syns)

    Snacks:
    3 segments of terrys chocolate orange (7.5 Syns)


    I dont think im eating enough =/

    Total Syns = 11

    hi, i would say you need to be having lots more super free foods. for example...
    with breakfast, a quick piece of fruit for on the go, apple bannana?
    lunch, maybe some carrot sticks or a fruit salad
    dinner, side salad, or some veggies (mangetout nice with pasta, cherry tomatoes)

    Dont be afraid of eating too much, and variety makes a big difference so differ your A and B choices.
    I find it good to have plenty of fruit in for those rushed mornings, bags of clementines are great to have.

    Why not try a stirfry, throw in lots of veg and can be used again next day.

    Day 4

    So yesterday i had a day off and this meant me and the OH went exploring :D
    So i think the extra exercise makes up for the shocking food I ate!

    B:
    Tea + sweetener
    bowl of apples, grapes and muller light yoghurt

    Lunch:
    J D Weatherspoons!
    5oz Gammon steak with eggs, chips and beans
    (I cut all the fat off the gammon as tbh i wouldnt of eaten it anyway!)
    Tea + 1 sugar! (they didnt have sweetener :( )

    was so full after this that i didnt eat anything else apart from 2 alpen lights to fill my HExB quota..


    will try better today...
