It's a tough one isn't it. I know that I'm having a night out on 11th June which includes a meal, so I have taken the conscious decision to have two days off. I will stick to it and go straight back on TFR till my hols (also in July). That's my plan anyway. I certainly understand what you mean by not being able to make up your mind - I was going to have friday night drinks for my birthday this week, but in this case have decided not to. I guess it's how confident you feel about getting right back on board afterwards. Don't really think I've been much help, but anyway, whatever you decide I'm sure you'll make the right decision and the one you'll be happy with.
Good Luck and have a lovely anniversary.

Thanks for all your comments ladies...I have decided not to head to the pub afterall. I'm soooooo struggling with this diet at the moment - the past couple of days have been hell and I'm so disappointed in myself as I'm not sticking to what I need to do. I sat and read old posts yesterday with tips on staying strong so I'm working on that. I no longer want to be overweight and therefore I'm not going to be! Gx
