I'm trying to decide which diet will be better for me as i attempted a restart on a vlcd 5 days ago and havnt managed to complete a full day yet! WW was also an option but i get so consumed with points that all i think of is food. Overkill basically. Wondering if SF would be best as its a watered down version of the 2 combined. All i'd have to think about is snacks and my 600cal meal. Any and all opinions appreciated.
