    Tuesday - First day and didnt have food in until we went shopping so it was a bit rubbish at first!

    Snacks- Packet of squares (5.5 Syns), cottage cheese. Muller Light.

    Dinner- Chilli w/ rice and jacket potato (4 Syns).

    well i didnt remember to fill this in did i! oh well try again!

    b - oats w/ muller light (hexb)
    l - chicken, potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, gravy (2)
    d - LF noodles w/ chicken
    s - wild and whippy bar (6), squares (5.5), laughing cow extra light(hexa), alpen bars (5)
    syns - 18.5
