the only full length before pictures i have of myself pre sw are my wedding photos! so not the best before, but you can see the difference in my face.
I dont have any full length pre-weight loss photos as i hated having my picture taken and avoided it at all costs. the only ones i have are just face shots and you cant really see the full effect!

total weight loss 3.5 st. although ive lost nearly 7lbs since last photo was taken...
