Ok so i slipped up today after a terribley stressful day. rather disappointed with myself and a little scared at what to expect now
i had a small piece of carrot cake, 3 cheese quavers & some mini breadsticks so im pretty sure i wont be in ketosis anymore.
i dont feel hungry yet though. will that come later? also shall i expect my weight to spike up? roughly how much?
i've gone up about 1½lbs but i was expecting much more, or will i wake up tomorrow and see a big gain (water etc?)
this was my first cheats and i've learnt my lesson, the worry isnt worth it.
sorry for the whinge, just wondered if anyone else can give me their experiences of slip ups xx
