signing up for the last time hopefully

hi guys - ive just signed up to slimming world online for the last time hopefully. i have previously lost 5 stone on it, however last year i stalled massively. at the time i thought it was sw, however i now relaised that it was my under active thyroid at play, however after being medicated now and the drs putting me on xenical im here to try again and hopefully make some buddies along the way,

i have 3 stone to lose, ideal weight is around 13 stone, im currently 16 stone.

Good luck. You did fantastic to lose 5 stone (I have 6 to lose doing sw), and now your on the correct medication you'll quickly be able to pick up where you left of. Good luck.

oh jesus, so with 2.5 weeks off plan ive put on a whopping 10lbs, i am however back on plan 100%
