Just got a cheap one in Argos n if I use it as much as I intend I'll get a proper one.. It was on half price in Argos so is only e8!! Happy days

My sister is getting married in september in malta. She's super thin and gorgeous. I'm gonna look like an ugly hippo, seriously! Feeling a bit depressed about the thoughts of it.

I did and im apparently 5 pounds up but I refuse to believe it due to the fact that I gained no weight over xmas yet in a normal sf week I can gain nearly half a stone lol..... Im probably just carrying excess water ... Ile probably start properly weighin wen my meds have got into my system xxxxx

That'll never happen. Even on my wedding day she'll look 10 times better than me as a bridesmaid. She's ridiculously gorgeous, seriously!

I'm thinking of giving SF a go, I've changed contraception and am really hungry and I know I've gained although I've not WI this week. Do you reckon doing SF may help?
Have you got the link to the SF list of foods? I vaguely recall you posting it before
