I dunno if ppl still visit my diary but iv decided to do weightwatchers for the next 12 weeks as i wanna be slim for my honeymoon .............. im guna try n add my diaries on here from now on ........
so starting weight is 126.2lb ......... im aiming to be 120lb by 27th November

i have 26 pp per day and im aiming to not use my weeklies unless im out for a meal or having alcohol ..... wish me luck :eek: hopefully ppl will help encourage me :p

HAHA, i no ive been ridiculously busy recently, got back from a festival yesterday n i seem to be always in work these days :confused: .. so im guna aim to come on here alot more coz i miss you all ;) ..... thats todays food, im excited to eat fruit, i kinda dismissed it on that app .. ile still be adding my diaries on there but just so i can keep my eye on my carbs for my diabetes ..... hope your well :D

Yea I still log on there but pay too much attention to it TBH.. Just to keep an eye that I'm getting enough of everything I need. But I dont pay much attention to the cals.. I've been sticking to WW program and just this week seen my first loss in AGES... So hopefully things have had their break and are on the down (hee hee)

Yes.. 8 Months of being stuck!! Was down 3.5lb last week tho so pretty happy with that.. Hopefully will have a small loss this week too.. Tho not very hopeful as have been quite bad the weekend.. Scales were showing a half pound gain this morning so even that, i'll be happy with.. But we'll see.. Will work hard to get a little loss :)
