Iv been bad today...my bf goes away to germany tomorrow for the weekend so we planned to go to nandos tonight,planned it all in my points...got to nandos an ther was half an hr wait an i was starving! 43 points later we were in chiquitos :( thank god for weeklies i guess. Good gym session on saturday needed too!! due on monday so hope this doesnt affect my WI tuesday.

I honestly do not no how u can give up chocolate!!!! I have to have some everyday to keep me sane!!!

Ohhhhh, but i hope you enjoyed it still .... try not to feel guilty, like you say, you have weeklies and you can sweat it off in the gym .... and trust me, its been quite hard to resist my faaaaves - time outs .... Mmmmmmmmm .. but i will defo treat myself saturday :flirt2:

Breakfast
Egg on toast .. 5

Milk for brews .. 3

Dinner
heinz minestrone .. 3
Belvita .. 1

Tea (at nan & grandads)
Rectangular slice of Lasagne (guess) 12
Plum pie (guess) 6
Small slice of french bread & pate 3
Small glass of sparkling rose 2??

..... so ive got into my weeklies ... food was amaaaazing tho .. so worth it :flirt2:

Hahaaa, deffo no choc has killed me inside :rolleyes: .... Yeah i usually run once/twice a week and play a full 40minutes of full on netball ...... weeklies are used only if my blood sugar drops, so i use them on sweets i need :flirt2: Im trying to think up more stuff to trial and error too ... i may have an exercise free week soon and see if exercise causes any gain .... today im downing the water so i can get rid of any retention ... i suspect alot of womens weight gain is fluid retention due to not drinking enough of the h20 :rolleyes:

Milk allowance .. 3
Breakfast
1 warby wrap (4) with 30g light mozerella (1) 50g ham (1) and cherry tomatoes, mushroom & s/corn griddled in a pan so it all melts together Mmmm ...... = 9

Dinner
1 slice of bread .. 2
small tin of tuna .. 1
salad with 30g cheese .. 1
snack a jacks .. 2 .................... = 15

Tea
(made from scratch)
Beef stew in the slow cooker = 7
3 stuffing balls with chopped apple = 3

Snacks
1 belvita .. 1
1 mini egg .. 1
bacon rashers .. 2
 
Sounds like one heck of a yummy day! Like the warby wrap griddled!! Yum!

I think I'm coming down with a cold too :( hope u feel better soon xx
 
The colds got worse today :( and i weighed myself this morning, scales say ive put 3lbs on ?????? how is this possible?? has anyone got any ideas why? i even cut out chocolate this week, and now im wondering why i even bother being on this diet ... 3lb in 2 weeks ?? anymore and ile be back where i started :(:(:(:cry:

I think u r soo good for cutting chocolate out! I could never do that! X

Yeaaah, w.i today :mad: i weigh at home because i do the diet myself with no ww help ..... I dont really know how i would eat more when i use all my dailies already? Proper on a downer today ... the chocolate is comin back in my life, esp as not eating it, makes no bloody difference lol xxxxx

Around 20 to 30 .. mostly used on sweets, unfortunately, wouldnt mind if i enjoyed em at the time but i guess my diabetes comes before anything ... lol .... well, were havin a chinese tonight with a dvd so that'll cheer me up ....... :flirt2: thanks for your help my lovely :cool:
