I'm ok except I spent 20 weeklies yesterday. I've earache, migraine and sore throat (are they supposed to go together lol??) so I guess I was feeling sorry for myself lol. xx

Wendi is good ... its mad havin to stick to a certain amount of weeklies ... but im coping VERY well on the high point days :rolleyes::p

Claire I've done it, I've changed my WI to a Friday and it's all your fault. I went out for lunch today with a friend so thought I'd have a big lunch then something light for dinner (coz of WI tomorrow) but you mentioning waffles made me want some so I'm gonna have mini chicken Kiev's and mini waffles!!!

I've still got 37 weeklies left too this week I've been too stressed to eat so I figured if I changed I may have a better loss this week and not be a miserable boring old cow at the weekends anymore.:)

Cheese spread on toast = 2
Fibre plus cereal bar = 3
Banana = 0

Dinner
Heinz minestrone soup = 3
Galaxy mousse (fit) = 3
Skips salt & vinegar = 2
Banana, apple, pear and watermelon = 0

half an hour of netball = 4ap earnt

Tea
300g Jacket potato (all cripsy + fit - done in the oven for a few hours ) = 6
100g Chicken tikka (asda sandwich filler 50% less fat - reeeally nice) = 3
Salad = 0

6points left = mini cookies (3) Mini fingers (3)
