Anyway, todays diary ... (did a 10-8 at work then straight to cinema to see Inbetweenerssssss )

Bqq pizza (pitta, bbq sauce, ham, ww cheese, s/corn & pepper ) = 8
Flake alure = 5
Aero caramel mousse = 2

38 pp used ... Mmmmm
 
Yummy yum yum day. I felt like I didnt lose last week either but then I did so wishing you lots of luck, only one day left now!! ;) x

Had a few cheeky weighs this week ... deffo not guna loose ...... bit rubbish like :(

What were the cheeky weigh ins showing hon? STS? :( At least you tried it out hon, and you stuck to it all week! Wish you lost something though for your efforts :( xx

Sarah - they were showin gains ........ :( .. ive not weighed myself today coz i dont wanna be disheartened .... ile weigh later .. im gettin fed up now of staying the bloody same ............... and so many ppl eat so much more than me, and loose !!!!! ive not eaten take aways this week or had anything bad like big fat choc bars ... its doooooin my head in !!!!!

Aww thanks Sarah ... my diabetes prob doesnt help things either .. but i spose ive lost a whole stone now .. just wanted to be 9stone for my hol so i could eat and not feel guilty if i gained .. ah well ...... how did u do?!! xxx

Sorry about the sts claire, but just look back at how many times before it looked like ur weight loss had stopped and then it suddenly came back again :) bet it will come off next week! when you don't have a lot of lose and you're only losing a pound a week or sts then anything can affect it, maybe youre holding water weight today or something. how long till ur hols now? jealous! :) x

Cheeers Anna ... im hoping to have lost a little before my hol .... im goin on 11th sept (eeeek) to Ibizaaaaaaa ;) caaaanot wait !!!!!! ive tried my hardest to drink more this week, ive managed only about 750mls a day ... rubbish eh ....... its down to my job bein so demanding at times ... grrrr !!! xxxx
 
There you go then, you're probably retaining a bit of water! Ooh not long before hol, reckon you'll get another couple of pound off by then though :) I wanted mini ripples so bad today (i blame you :p) but they didn't have them when i went shopping, gutted! x
