Size 10 screaming to get out!!

Am I the only one in this entire forum that likes the strawberry shakes the best? LOL! I always add 6 canderel tablets and ice to my shakes then blend together. It comes out delicious I could have strawberry shakes all day! :D

No I love them :) the banana also!! Yummy! I have chocolate ones coming out my ears lol I was going to sell them but just cannot be bothered with the hassle!

Gah!! Why can't we swap on this site, it would make so much sense??? Ho hum. My strawbs are up for auction now and my choccies are ordered for the princely sum of £50 or whatever it cost for not very many of them. Hope they remember to leave in the shed as I'm certainly not taking the day off to get a delivery of diet shakes!!!! Been 100% today and not going to have another Coke zero. Gonna get me some water...x

Ooh, I've been ever so good and not had any protein nibbles or anything today. Could probably have had more water but don't want to be up weeing all night now. Nandos tomorrow and only 3 days away from my "eat anything you like" day in Bristol :D:D:D xx

I need one of those Bristol days lol. Well done for staying strong, night!

Just found your diary ;)

I had 2 asda bars today... Hope it don't effect me in any negative way?
Wont do it again. Xx

Yumm.... Nando's :D
Might take a trip to nando's when mission is complete xx

Ooo can I come?!?????

Mmmmm, choccie shakes :D. Love them and their Angel Delighty goodness. Just had my brekkie of a bar and a Coke zero (last one eek!). Felt slim when I woke up this morning for the first time in ages. Stomach was kind of doing a downward dippy thing between my hip bones (still can't feel those enough though).

Bit anxious about weigh-in tomoz because of Nandos tonight. Carly - of course you can come!! We should all go on a Nandos night out in Oxford when we are all at target tee hee!! I tortured myself last night looking at Prezzo and Cafe Rouge menus online for no reason and got told off by Boo. I am so looking forward to my steak and chips when I'm at target as promised by him. Bernaise sauce, moules for starters, maybe a chocolate mousse for pudding and a glass of sparkling....yum :). Sorry, food porn again...

Crystal - I only hope I can get straight back on the wagon after my Bristol day. I know it's been planned from the beginning but I'm feeling nervous about it as I'm scared I will put on weight for the sake of some wine. And pizza. And ice-cream *sigh*. Mind you, some people appear to have STS or still lost despite blow-outs so we'll see.

I'm considering dropping my target weight by 2-4 lbs but I'll see how long it takes me to get to current target first.

Hope everyone has a splendid day :) xx

Love your food porn talk hehehe! Enjoy your nando's slimmy xxxx

Hey sweetie :) I'm ok thanks.

Well done on your 100% day yesterday! I have found myself on a bit of a slippery slope, in that I didn't allow myself protein nibbles at the start but after the pasta incident bought myself some so that I could have something to turn to if I needed to eat something, and now I have had a little bit every day since! Not good. There's not much left now so I can finish it over the next day or two, and then try having nothing in the house again :)

As for Bristol, you're right, people often do STS or lose a little when they go off the wagon for a day, I think if it is planned then it's easy just to go straight back to shakes the next day, and realistically as long as you have time to get rid of your water/glycogen before the next weigh in, you will surely lose, as one days worth of food and drink cant push you over your weekly calories?! A STS would be enough I reckon though.

I see you're still struggling over your target weight...Maybe lowering it a bit isn't a terrible idea, as long as you stay within BMI healthy range, cos it gives you leeway when you refeed. What dress size will you be in at the lower target? Cos if it's gonna push you one down then it might be annoying cos maintaining it could be a struggle and you will be constantly between sizes, but if its just gonna make you a small 10 or whatever then it would be ok. Haha I don't even know if that all makes sense.

Have a great time at Nando's tonight :D xx

Hi jubbly!! I'm also having nandos on friday and can't wait! Phwoar, your bristol day sounds fantastic! Very envious! Enjoy yourself as you know it's back to 100% TS the next day :) xxxx

Hi. I'm sorry to butt in, but I'm having a similar problem. I'm so tired and I really don't know what to do. I have all my shakes, but not necessarily at B/fast, dinner and tea time. I maybe don't drink enough, will this affect my weight loss? But I'm soooo tired! Do you have any suggstions?
Thanks

The more water you drink the more weight you lose. Not sure how that works scientifically but for one, it clears up your skin a treat and fills your tummy!!

What day are you on? If you're not yet in ketosis you tend to feel very hungry and tired. I however have been consistently tired even when in ketosis :( xx

I probably shouldn't say this but I find Coke/Dr P zero pep me up a bit and I suspect black coffee would do the same. At the end of the day, I suppose we are taking in much fewer calories so have to try and look after ourselves and make sure we get enough sleep etc...x
