My ankle is good again so tried myself outside today and I did 3.8 miles ..it was difficult though!!!! After more than two months break and running only in the gym...
I got myself new music to my iPhone and got few rounds near my flat! I hope that I can be back to running for good and that will boost my weight loss
P.S I am not hungry at all after running ... I am always like that even if coming back from the gym I can not eat... Did not have anything proper today though...

Bad news is I felt really bad yesterday...in fact sh*t to be honest...
I started shaking in work which scared me really bad and I had Special K double choc and weetabix strawberry straight away to get myself something diff than fruits...which I had to syn....so I am not proud of myself for how it went yesterday and probably my loss is already gone...
But anyway I lost....should be focusing on that...
the reason why I disapeared for three daya was that I had to work off what I have done...I do not know what happened that I broke the diet...what is even worse...it was like binge eating....one more and I will have this...and that...awful

it could have been worse though as I was on three small glasses of red wine on Friday (friend's leaving do) where normally could have gone for 6 margaritas...)
