Sleeping less?

I'm on day 14 and noticing that in the last few days I have been getting up earlier than usual, with loads of energy, until early evening, when I hit a bit of a slump.

I don't really mind that, and once I sleep again I've fully recharged my batteries. But it's weird that I usually sleep in at the weekends, but this week was up before 7 both days even though I had nothing particular to do.

Is this part of ketosis, or is it the sheer physical release from lugging almost 2 extra stones of fat about? Will it last? :confused:
