hey all

decided as SF was on offer to get a few ready made shakes, due to the fact they're very sweet and would kill my sugar craving without doing too much damage.

so here we are for a full 325ml bottle,

there are more cals (by 10) twice the amount of fat, some time even more

lowere protein about 14/15g per 325ml. where as its on average 18 for CS

however the carbs are 24/25 per serving (325ml) which is a little lower that some CS shakes.

i don't intend to use these often but i'm out for the day on wed so think i'll take one as a meal. won't make a habit of it but it is more convient. lets hope i can stick the tastes

Sam I'm sure all the exercise you're doing should even out any additional calories/carbs in the shakes. As you're out & about it is SO much easier to glug from a bottle of ready made rather than mucking about mixing it. I have a meal bar if I'm out BUT as it only happens x3 a week it isn't too bad for me.

i took an SF shake today, struggled to finish it as it turned yuck half way through to sweet and sickly.

and two hours later i am starving

rich chocolate. i think as a snack (half a bottle) it wouldn't bee tooooooo bad. but i'm glad i only bought 5 of them

lol so true, but out all day tomorrow (getting best mate at 9 am from airport, must leave here at 7 at latest.... yawn)

so thought the SF shakes i could at least put in my bag and if she is hungry and theres no food place abotu then she could have one as well
