Slim fast & lipobind tablets

Hi

firstly I'd like to say hello!! I'm new!!

Lost 1.5 stone last yr on celebrity slim

then fell pregnant and put it all back on!

My baby girl was worth every lb though!!

So as you can see from title- I'm starting sf tomorrow and also lipobind diet tablets

anyone done the two together? Any helpful pointers?

hi, i gained my weight when having my 2 little'uns. its taken my over fours years to decide to do something about it!
have not done the two together but slim fast has been great on its own for me so far.

Hi

well end of 1st week:

lost 3 pounds
lost 1 Inch off hips
1/2 inch off waist
1 inch off bust!!

Also- time of month Monday so I may have actually lost more??

Plus I was naughty last Friday and had an Indian meal out! Oooops!!!

Overall I'm really happy! It's been hard work this week has dragged!

But off on holiday fri for 2 weeks so going to take slim fast and "try" to stick as close to the plan as I can without ruining my hols!!

wow i am on sf and have just ordered lipobond on line. I have read some good but lots of bad reviews. How do you find it hun? i am really interested to know xxx
