    When you're at work or school or however you're forced to spend your daytime - how do you do your Slim Fast? I used to make up a batch and keep it in a bottle for lunch, but it always struck me as not the most convenient of ways to do it!

    Do you guys carry around liquid meals, or do you bring soups, etc, to work with you? I'm really curious!

    if I know it's going to be hard I'll buy a ready made shake or take a bar with me, I have my main meal at lunch though which I find fits in with my routine.
