I'm really excited I hope to be wearing a lot more 12 then 10s then 8's.

I can see us all getting smaller and healthier 2015 will be our year x x

I look tired lol it's been a long day :)

Had to dash out for a new iron >> random but necessary hubby is going to china Monday for ten days for work. Sorting stuff out, so I have decided while he is away I will trial the new slimming world SP plan. I think it might be easier with him away as he loves rice, chips, pasta etc

Dinner is cooking and I'm ready to catch zzz instead lol

Do you have slow cooker and do you use it ? I got very excited about it last night, when my hubby showed me all the SC cooking books, I will do some nice soup today and want to start using it more. Need to learn how to use it tho , as I have done stew few times and I wasnt very happy with result.
Also what are the chicken burgers you had on your plate yesterday ? where are they from ?

I love my slow cooker Hun it's fab - did you find it watery or lacking flavour??

My stew;

One tin chopped tomatoes
Sprinkle on oxo
Add 1/4 water
Cooked pearl barley
Garlic
Paprika
Rosemary
Chilli
Thyme
Bayleaf

That usually sets it up nicely x

The chicken burgers were from sainsbury :) I usually make my own but we were in there yesterday and I saw the sainsbury be good to yourself beef burgers 1 syn and these chicken quarter pounders 2 syns and I thought they are easy to use and low in syns.

Too much water indeed. I think I need to follow the instructions better, but I usually dont. Lol. I think I know better. Thing is slow cooker is something new to me, never have seen anything like this before. Maybe I just need to get use to it :p
I got book where they even tell you how to cook a cake in it. Want to try :p

Running out of fruit and veg a lot lately so off to the stores again this morning - need to pick up hubby's Chinese money to as he is flying tomorrow for work for ten days. I'm hoping this will make doing the do plan next week earlier. Have decided to buy two bags of frozen carrot and swede mix from Icelands to bake in herbs to accompany meals next week.
