Extra Easy Slimming World Food Diary (partially low FODMAP)

This is the food diary for my first week as an online member of Slimming World. I have IBS so have tried to keep to a low FODMAP diet where possible (with some exceptions such as plums, which don't seem to affect me).
 
FOOD DIARY WEEK ONE

Saturday
Breakfast
2 Eggs, scrambled using low fat spray
5 grilled mushrooms (chestnut)
1/2 grilled tomato
2 Slices of lean bacon with fat trimmed off
1 slice 400g wholemeal bread (2.5 syns) plus 1tsp butter (2 syns)

Cup of tea with 1tsp sugar and splash of skimmed Lactofree milk (1 syn)

Lunch
5% fat minced beef
