Slimming World or the simple calorie counting?

Okay, so I don't know what to do. Do I follow slimming world or simply calorie count? What are your thoughts? Which is best?

I have done both before and both have been successful, although I found Slimming World more lenient . The only issue I have with slimming is that smoothies are not allowed. Given that I am not a morning person and early uni starts makes the mornings rather rushed, smoothies have become my bestfriend.

Any advice would be welcomed.

Smoothies are allowed you just have to syn some. :)

I calorie count now. Mainly because I always did so it is second nature. It works for me like nothing else. I couldn't be doing with all that syn stuff!

Each to her own. I think energy in/energy out. Done and dusted. Good luck whatever your choice. :confused:

I do the same as Crafty girl and susu! Like the slimming world principles but found that the notion of pasta as a 'free' food was too tempting for me. If you can exercise some control then slimming world is great.
