    Alot of hard work...
    2 weeks since the start of my diet [ with little bit of overeating and junk foods ] I have lost 4 kgs! and my size 14 skinny jeans are too large for me now!!!

    I think I can make it to my goal weight by christmas!

    Lesson: Do not eat junk foods from now on :eek:
