Morning all, it's a bright sunny day. Not sure what to do through the day but planning on taking the kids to the park after school for a picnic to get the leftovers out of the house. Might see if my sister is in.

I've noticed one tmi side effect of the amount of fresh coffee I'm drinking, and that's it helps with the vlcd non pooing. It's great, it's a good as a morning cig (stopped 10yrs ago, lol).
 
Lol, maybe I should try coffee more. It's funny the things we talk about on a vlcd.

What an awful day, haven't cracked with the stress, but not feeling too good. 100% shakes again, day 3 completed.
 
Day 25, wow, I can't believe that at my next weigh in I will have completed 4 weeks of exante. Feeling much better today, I've just had a big cup of boullion & a shake. I've been working, then to my mils & shopping so I still have another shake to have later on too as I didn't take one with me. I am hoping to have a good loss this week, would be nice to see 4-5lb gone but that might be a bit unrealistic, dh has hidden the scales so it will be a surprise on weds morning.

Looking forward to AAMW next week. Planning on going back to my friend's house for our fat club for the first time since I started and sitting, socialising & eating with them. I will probably not have a meal every day, maybe just see how I feel and eat if I want to.

I'm not missing the bars like I thought I would, maybe I should put them back in next week whilst I'm AAMW, then do shakes only again the week after. Looking forward to a lie in tomorrow, my big two are at mils and dh is getting up with the toddler. I plan to make the most of the rest.
 
All that talk of food was no good, lol. I am having my other shake now instead of ordering takeaway. Dh is getting a pizza from pizza hut damn him, but I'm glad he chose that over indian or I would have got some chicken tikka. I can resist pizza, I will resist pizza. Vanilla shake, mmm.
 
Remember pizza will still be there long after Exante, you are choosing not to have it tonight because you have done so well!

Smug, smug, smuggity smug :D I chose to continue losing weight, to stick to my 100% shakes for 7 days challenge, to not sabotage the effort I've been putting into this. Reading beck instead was a great choice for me. Just going to go honk, hehe.
 
Day 26 of exante and day 5 of 100% shakes completed. I've spent a lot of time looking at atkins today as my back up diet for the Beck diet solution, I think it will work for me when I eventually come off exante. I'm really feeling positive about doing the 6 week programme, it's providing me with a good distraction and a new motivation. It'll soon be 3mths since I started dieting and that's very good for me, I've usually stopped before now. I'm glad that this time I'm finding ways to make it different, I'm getting good at this.

Trying to decide whether to have coke or tea now.
 
Day 27

I was pretty hungry last night, so went to bed instead, I think it was all the learning about atkins I did. My challenge is to not read about it anymore until the time comes for a planned change. I know enough now to feel confident enough to do it from reading up to and including the induction phase in the book and spending heaps of time on the atkins forum on here.

Day 3 of Beck is to always eat sitting down, so I will be focusing in on that instead and how that works with exante. I've decided to put my boullion in a bowl and eat it like soup instead of a cup, which will mean I can sit at the table eating it. Tomorrow will be more of a challenge, I'm not at work today because the girls have an inset day, I do not get a break at work as I only do 5hrs and it's always so busy. I think I may just drink and have my shake when I get home so I can do it properly.

Wow having boullion in a bowl makes it seem way more filling. I know that sounds nuts but it worked for me. I still have a shake left to have but at the moment I'm feeling full up so might save it until the girls are in bed.

Highlight: My size smaller jeans can now be pulled up and down without undoing them which feels pretty good, means I'm losing inches.

Positive thought: Being hungry doesn't mean I have to eat right now, I can wait until it's more convenient and I can eat the planned food.

7 days of shakes only on TS done, day 28 exante completed. Wow, I've done 4 weeks of this already. Feeling really proud of myself tonight. I am going to do AAMW, though I may not eat one every day. Looking forward to some food on Thursday night with friends though for certain. Chicken caeser salad, mmmm. Planned eating in keeping with the plan.

I am quite excited about weigh in tomorrow, hoping for a good loss in the morning. I've got Pulp tickets today, woohoo, for the Leeds festival. I'd bought some for the o2 wireless festival but Leeds is much easier to do because that's where we live, and we have 3 children to think about. One of my first thoughts was wow, by the end of August I could have lost loads of weight. Happy that I'm thinking about me losing weight as a long term plan, because I know it will take a while.

5.6lb off, I am so chuffed with that, what a great week :D Means I've lost more than my 4yr old dd2 in weight in less than 3mths of dieting woohoo. I'm on a real high about it. It was really worth sticking to it 100% this week.

I've also just realised that makes me just 3lb off my first big target, which I set for the middle of June. I will need to be setting some new goals soon, yay.

Ermm I don't think eating breakfast was a good move, it's triggered me into just wanting to eat all day long. I had bacon & eggs. Now I've eaten a bit more egg at dinner time, (couple of spoons of scrambled), 1oz of cheese, 4 cherry toms & some cucumber and 4 hotdogs just now, (low carb) doh! I've not had my shakes, though I did have a cereal bar at lunchtime.

So I'm turning it into a planned break, I may have my eagerly awaited chicken tikka later instead of waiting until the weekend, there's my meal out tomorrow night and then get back onto TS on Friday and do that for the rest of the week instead of AAMW. It will even out that over the course of the week if I do it that way. I guess better to do it this end then the night before weigh in, lol. At least it's all low carb. I so needed to chew some veg.

I'm pleased that despite straying from the plan, I've done it in a way to limit the damage and formulated a plan to get back to TS. Recognising AAMW does not work for me is a positive, not a negative.
