I dont know if anyone has made this yet but I made this today.
made up 1 pkt instant pot, quite thick... then greased a small dish with frylight and pushed the mash in and made a "flan" base.
Then used 2 eggs, bits of bacon/ham, sweetcorn, s & p and topped it with 1 oz cheese.
Slung it in the oven for about 1/2 hr.
I have just got in from seeing Les Mis and shared this with my OH... it was very nice. If anyone has any ideas what the Syns might be it would be helpful but I guessed it was nil syns apart from the cheese.
