Smashing through the psychological barrier

Yay! You've made it past the barrier and are well on your way to 10st6 - woo hoo!

Finally back in the country after holidays and work trips to Africa - I think I've had 8 days in the country so far this year, and only about 4 of them in London!

Predictably, I've put weight on. Yesterday morning I was 11st 3 (eek!) Which is half a stone higher than my last believable weigh in (rather than my flukey 10.8)

Did ss yesterday, down to 11.0 straight away (suspect that's the volume of food I ate when I landed back from Scotland! )

Going to ss today, Monday & Tuesday, then off to Wales Wednesday & the North East thursday & Friday so will try and be mainly protein. Have lost all my good habits over the last month, so best start retraining!

Aiming for 10.9 by the end of the month.

Off to catch up now!

:eek:Welcome back! You've done well for all the jetting around! Traveling and dieting don't go well together...
I've also noticed that the scales at this weight are more sensitive than when I was heavier. Sigh.

SS will get you to goal. Trick is staying on it...
