So annoyed

#1
I am kicking myself around the room today.
I am 3 days away from 2nd WI and i let it beat me last night.
I watched the biggest loser on telly and saw their lower 2nd WI results and caved in.
I figured as i lost 12 lb last week i am going to be looking at about 5 lb so i could get away with one night of cheating.
So so so angry and i hope i can get my head back in the zone now and forget about it.
Sorry to rant on here but i know that people here will understand.
Fingers crossed i can still lose this week :break_diet::cry:

Thank you both, it really helps to have support on here.
I have been for a nice long walk and cleared my head and i am back on track again.
Well done to both of you for your big losses :) xx

Heya

Just wanted to reassure you that falling off the wagon by having a small blip isnt the end of the world. I've done it a few times, and have started and restarted several times as well. As long as you pick yourself up, dust yourself off and carry on as though it never happened then you'll be just fine. Hang in there, it does get easier with time :)

Well done for being so positive karazy.. Cookeh is so right.. The majority of us have had blips along the way, but you need to get back on it, and hopefully realise it wasn't worth it... You have had a great loss, and you will continue to lose..Good luck x x
