So here goes...

So, after wasting a load of time trying "quick fix" faddy diets which of course haven't worked, I have decided to give this my all (again). I think my biggest problem was not realising that 1/3 of your plate had to be superfree foods. So here goes....again!!!
 
Good luck!! I'm not a massive vegetable fan tbh so if I don't have super free with my dinner then I'll have a fruit salad as part of my dessert and get my super free in that way ?
